SPACES, WITH PEOPLE IN MIND
One idea: let the building do more of the everyday work.
Your existing home. Made smarter.
Your home, upgraded. Often without costly renovation.
We review your existing installation and routines, check compatibility and plan the upgrade in stages. The aim is to add comfort while keeping building work and disruption to a minimum. What can be achieved without renovation depends on your installation and the functions you want.
Let’s talk about your homeConsidered for guests. Clear for staff.
Guest comfort. Clearer operations. Start with one room.
A hotel conversation begins with guest expectations, staff workflows and the systems already installed. Compatibility, manual controls and support requirements need to be assessed before an implementation scope can be proposed.
Explore your hotel’s needsA workspace that works with you.
Open for business. Ready for the day. Better control of your space.
We discuss how your premises operate, where repeated manual tasks occur and what information would help. That assessment defines the technical feasibility and responsibilities for any next step.

BUILD THE RIGHT SCOPE, STEP BY STEP
One useful change first. A clear scope before we start.
A clear route into a smarter building.
Know what is happening in your space.
Turn separate devices into useful actions.
Keep the system understandable.
For hotels and businesses, we start with the operational requirements and a suitable pilot area. These examples are from my apartment, not completed commercial projects.
Equipment, access permissions and any electrical work are agreed separately. Fixed-wiring work is carried out by an appropriately qualified electrical professional. Ongoing support is by arrangement.
A CLEAR FIRST STEP
Your space. Your devices. Your priorities.
Find useful connections. Check what is possible.
Agree the scope. Connect. Test. Hand over.
A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY
Short starting points for understanding your building.
Choose one repeated task: turning lights off when leaving, checking a room’s temperature, or adjusting blinds. Write down what triggers it, what should happen and how you would override it. Then check which of your existing devices can help. A useful first automation is small enough to understand, test and undo.
Discuss your projectIn my installation, some connections work directly on the home network; others depend on a manufacturer’s cloud. The useful question is what keeps working if the internet, an account or one device becomes unavailable. Map those dependencies and keep a practical way to operate important functions manually.
Discuss your projectMy home setup monitors backups, batteries and connectivity, because a routine is only useful while its supporting devices work. Decide which failures need an alert, who receives it and what they should do next. Keep the list selective: an alert that never leads to action soon becomes background noise.
