MOTION + LIGHT
Walk in. Lights on.
A Hue motion sensor and ceiling lights work together in a timed sequence. Brightness, colour temperature and the daylight threshold are tuned for everyday use.

Room sensors feed a shared climate dashboard. Air-conditioning telemetry also supports a heat-buildup notification around the condenser.

Existing Somfy RTS terrace shades connect through a radio bridge to Home Assistant. An automation retracts them at sunset; a separate alert flags a wind sensor that stops reporting during daylight.

Will this need building work?
Many sensor and lighting upgrades can use wireless devices or existing equipment. What is possible depends on your wiring, motors and desired functions. We check first; any fixed-wiring work needs an appropriately qualified electrical professional and a separately agreed scope.
Can I keep my existing devices and switches?
Where compatible, yes. We check the exact device models and how they communicate, then test manual controls. Internet, cloud and hub dependencies are part of the plan; local operation depends on the selected devices and connections.
