Can a rented apartment become smarter?
A first scope can use removable sensors, compatible plug-in devices and existing smart lights. We separate these from any work that changes fixed wiring, windows or the building. Permissions, network access and a plan for removing the equipment belong in the discussion before installation.
What do you need for an initial enquiry?
Tell me the location, how the building is used and the routine you want to improve. A short list of existing devices helps. We then review goals, compatibility, access and a realistic first scope. Consultations and project discussions preferably in English.
What about building changes and electrical work?
We distinguish retrofit devices from changes to fixed installations. Compatibility, necessary permissions and responsibilities are reviewed first. Fixed-wiring work is carried out by an appropriately qualified electrical professional. Scope, travel and ongoing support are agreed separately.
